We’re confident in our formulations and we want you to feel the same before you commit. Give your skin 30 days with any Sachi Skincare . If you do not notice a difference, we will provide a full refund or issue full store credit via gift card. No lengthy explanations, no back-and-forth.How it works
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Limited to a maximum of 2 returns per customer or household, to ensure fair use of the policy
A few things to note
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service we are not responsible for items lost in transit
- Original shipping costs, duties, taxes and insurance are non-refundable
- Once received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit
- Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your return for processing

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a previously purchased item, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Once the item is received, we will issue a store credit, and you may place a new order for your preferred product.Kindly note:- Only items that are unused and unopened are eligible for an exchange.
- Only items purchased from our website may be accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased our products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange, store credit or refund.Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to Sachi Skin due to an incorrect address or being uncollected, a re-delivery cost will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a package be returned.We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered packages or customs holds due to incorrect or missing information provided. We highly recommend you double-check your details before submitting your order.Please report any undelivered packages within 30 days of dispatch, or it will be assumed the parcel has been delivered with no further issues.
